How long did it take to complete from Leon? I have a piece with him now and he quoted me 6 weeks. It''s going to be hard to wait that long.

Thing is... I sent it in late Aug and while the quote said 6 weeks? I knew upon sending it in that he was back logged. But a month ago he called saying they started it and it was done in about 3 weeks. Can''t wait to see your ring!

So beautiful! I think the traps look more excitingly ''trap like'' with the new setting. Before, they almost seemed more rectangular. Lovely indeed.

You''re right, I was trying to figure out how it looks now. The traps are angled so much better and don''t look like wings like cushioncutnut said LOL

It came out gorgeous Snooper! I''m so glad you didn''t go with the green.

A little story: Thursday he had called wanting to know what I thought about him changing my ring w/ green gold (change the cup, prongs) as in some lighting it has a green color to it he said (I see it in the dark pics, but when the sun is out, it really does look as yellow as post #1). The green gold would (he said), make my diamond greenish. While a green/yellow diamond would have been awesome, I''m not sure that I''d want that color.

Yeah, he had mine a couple weeks prior to when you dropped off yours. I have another stone I am having him set but he said it would be best to send it in Jan when things calm down. I guess being busy is a good thing

Here''s my ring next to a pair of lever backs that I had WF set. I''m not sure if it''s easier to capture the color with the earrings due to them being smaller (.55 each I believe)but the earrings are graded y-z, ring fancy light yellow
