Lab grading standards

I've got a presentation coming up on the differences in grading standards between various labs. I'm looking for examples where the same stone has been graded by at least 2 different labs. I would prefer round brilliants graded after 2006 where at least one of the labs was GIA so we can look at the cut grade as well as the other details. Does anyone out there have a collection of this?

I have 2 appraisals for a round brilliant, but neither is from GIA.
They are from EGL-USA (Canada branch) and GemScan (in Toronto), and show significant differences in measurements, and 1 clarity grade difference. I also have the inclusion plots from both.
