Diamond Zone was their company name and mydiamondzone is still their name on Ebay. Then they changed the website to Ivy and Rose. Members here who have recently been in their store can tell you if they have changed the name of the physical store. I was not aware of the Filigree Room, but perhaps they just have multiple business names for internet presence.

I just learned about Ivy and Rose from a recent thread. I just checked both websites, and they appear to have the same address.
When buying expensive bling, I think it’s important for companies to be transparent about their business.
I would want to know what the story is behind the two websites before purchasing anything from them.

How intriguing. When they changed their name to I&R, I got an email notifying me of the change. So I was a little thrown when I saw that their ebay store is still MDZ but they had an Etsy store that is called I&R. I haven't heard of the Filigree Room. I guess that's what they call their physical store? I mean, they're transparent with their ownership and their prices seem to be consistent across the different venues, so this doesn't too nefarious to me. Maybe like @diamondseeker2006 said, they just prefer to have a unique store name for each venue they use? Sounds to me like more work to differentiate their businesses like that, but maybe it makes sense for them?

They've had mydiamondzone on ebay for a long time, so it is doubtful they'd want to change names there. Many people (including me) have bought from them online, and several people here have been to their store. Maybe one of them can ask the next time they go by there. I wouldn't particularly be concerned about it. They could be transitioning names again or having multiple sites.
