It looks really nice and super white to me but it doesn't have blue hue under direct sunlight, anyone knows the reason?

It's beautiful!
I think perhaps because sunlight isn't pure UV light? If you shine a black light into it it would show the fluoro.

I bought a UV torch on amazon after purchased the pendant and surprisely it came with black light too

I have a J with strong blue fluorescence and love it so much. I would pick strong blue over and over. Mine is in a ring right now, I've thought about making it a pendant but I think I want to look at it too much lol! Yours is beautiful!
