I am very pleased with the outcome of my new wedding set. The shape of the top is very different then the usual asscher setting. I will have to get used to it but regardless, I LOVE it!!! The quality of his work is is amazing and the craftmanship is flawless, which is quite impression coming from me. I don't have much time but wanted to post a couple of pictures. I will be back after the holidays with more!
These were shot in my car with my phone...
I don't have many specs other then my Asscher is 1.28, the Cadi's are .37tcw. I don't have the total of the pave' yet..

I really like this wedding band too. Can you provide more information? Carat weight? Is it a full eternity band?

Thank you! I am so happy with the wedding band too! I posted about it yesterday, that I didn't know the jeweler was making it 3 sided until I went to approve the cast. It is a full eternity band but I don't have the carat weight on it right now. He was pretty busy this morning. In fact he did all the finishing touches while I was sitting there and had a few others waiting. I'll get all the pave specs after the holidays.

It is indeed unique which is what I wanted. The Cadi's really set the design for the shank. The shape of the top is really different and the only thing that makes me just a bit worried. I mean I love the ring and all the design elements are for a reason, I guess it's not the typical squared shape that I am used to.

Your e-ring reminds me of some of the art deco rings but it still has a modern feel as well. It's beautiful!

Yes, those are indeed what Cadi's are. They are also called Cadillac's because they resemble the Cadillac emblem. I know of only one company that used these in a setting at that is Tacori. My jeweler had never even seen or heard of them before. It really lends to the one-of-a kind feel that I wanted.
Sorrry I haven't been on too much to reply back but I want to thank you all for your wonderful comments about my rings. I was so excited to get the set on Friday and really wanted to share it here but I was heading out of town and had about zero time. I still came on and made a quick post and I made a few comments from my phone but that got to be exhausting trying to post adequate replies.

So now that I have had a chance to wear the ring a few more days, the verdict is that I still really love it in fact even more so. As stated above I wasn't to sure about the total shape of the top. I was thrilled with the Cadi part but the top and bottom haloish area was what I wasn't to sure about it but then...

AdanaEsq mentioned that it had an Art Deco feel yet it was still modern. I couldn't quite place what style it would fall under and when she said that I was thrilled because I love Art Deco jewelry and so I went and googled Art Deco rings and found several that had a very similar shape. It really blew me away because I was told this jeweler had a way of really getting to the heart of what you want, even if you don't say it. It has to be so true because every Art Deco ring I saw I loved and then I looked at my own and thought wow, I have an inspired Art Deco ring without even knowing it. As silly as it sounds I have dubbed my ring to be of the Modern Art Deco genre..haha!

All of your kind comments have really helped me. I think because my ring is truly one-of-a-kind I need the reassurance that it was as phenominal as I was hoping it was. Although come to think of it would anyone really come on here and say my ring was ugly...mmmm :Up_to_something:

The jeweler really did an exquisite job, my husband was even blow away by the quality of his work. Now that I am back home once I get settled in I will come back with more pictures, in fact I will probably blow up the board with more...hehe!

I totally agree with you. In my other setting my asscher just seemed to get lost. It was really important to me that this setting was a showcase for the diamond and it is. I am so happy!!
