Your center stone is probably safe, the diamonds on the band and the halo are much more likely to have an issue.

While they look well pronged be sure and have your jeweler inspect the tiny prongs every year or so to make sure the small stones are secure !

Agree with @tkyasx78 . I think it’s very unlikely that you will damage the culet.

Nothing to worry about the exposed culet. I have my stone mounted on a tension setting which is more exposed than yours.

Unless your hands are so dry that they can chip diamond, I think you'll be just fine ;)

Ditto all of the above. Well, perhaps not OoohShiny's comment since he beat me to it...

Wink

I will say that the way you can damage the culet is by wearing a higher set shared prong band which will allow the diamonds to touch. Otherwise, you are fine. Beautiful ring and congrats on your engagement!

Will one of these two be okay?

Hard to tell from photos. Make sure that the height of the band is about the same as the hight of the E-ring shank and it will be okay.

IMO When your rings move and rub against each other there is the chance a band could reach the pavilion of the diamond at a perfect angle to scratch it. I would only pair a plain low profile band with this ering. I had an open gallery like yours and somehow the pavilion of my center stone did get scratched from a neighboring diamond band. I always have somewhat protective galleries on my rings now...
Beautiful ring!
