One thing that jumps out is skinny arrows. I suspect the actual lower girdle length to be 81~82%. It is neither good or bad. Do you like chunky fires or small pin fires? Do you like broad bright white reflection from the red area, or do you prefer more balance between the contrast (arrows) and brightness?

Double check if the stone is truly eye-clean (notably the inclusion under the table at 12:30)

Otherwise, very good looking stone.

There's certainly nothing wrong with it. But it is a particular flavor of round that will look slightly different especially from the 'super-ideals' that many prefer here.

But it should be bright and doesn't show leakage and is very nice, in terms of performance. As FP said though, the light is going to more splintery and sharp. Almost like the extra facet round designer cuts.

A modern round brilliant consists of 58 facets (or 57 if the culet is excluded). Round diamond with cuts of more facets than that are usually branded, and since there are more facets in the same space the facets are smaller. They tend to show a less strong contrast pattern than a 'typical' super ideal. It's a very bright look. Like I said, there is nothing wrong with it. It's still a round brilliant, so it's not going to look like those that FP linked you to, just MORE like one of them than a standard super ideal with a strong contrast pattern would.

I like Vatche settings. I think they have nicer pave solitiares than that one as that has a masculine head and is set high.

Not cathdral: http://dvatche.com/photos/product/zoom/185_0.jpg I think this is the Charis
Cathedral: http://dvatche.com/photos/product/zoom/10_0.jpg I think this is the Saran (my absolute favorite) Tell them to set the stone LOW on this setting.

I don't guarantee I have the names right though, so check with the Vatche retailer to confirm, okay?

Are you sure she wants a round? And one with a pave setting? And HOW do you know?

I do want to maybe throw an idea out there, and you can see if she likes either of them.

These are REALLY super flattering on the hand for most people.

First is a graduated pave setting LIKE THIS one (but NOT this one): http://www.bluenile.com/build-your-own-ring/review?diamondBt=2&offerId=42414&gclid=CjwKEAjw8Jy8BRCE0pOC9qzRhkMSJABC1pvJM2XW&click_id=254121513

If you like it, I would have that design, NOT full eternity (diamonds stop at 10 and 3), made for your stone by David Klass or IDJ. Or at least ask them for quotes on it and ask them if they can do it for you for 2k. I would NOT buy the BN version (even if it was in budget).

It's basically this one, without that weirdness at the head breaking up the shank.

IF she's not hard on her hands:
