Is this Cartier ring authentic?

Hi I need some help with identifying if this Cartier ring is authentic or not? I have attached pictures along with my wedding band to compare the inside markings. Please let me know!

I doubt it could be positively identified from a couple photos. I’ve heard even Cartier has stopped identifying their jewelry....not sure if that is true or not. Apparently it’s one of the *easier* styles to copy.

I pretty much assume all Cartier stuff is fake (especially without documents and original packaging) unless I buy it myself at the Cartier store, since there are so many dupes out there!

I agree that there are many fakes especially of popular items such as Love rings and bracelets. I wouldn't buy a second hand piece without a Cartier receipt (or other Cartier authentification) unless it was priced as low as any non-branded gold piece of jewelry.
