Is this a good stone? As my name says, I have no idea. Looking for round stone, close to 2 that is eye clean. Thanks in advance.

You can use this tool to see how well stones score. Look for stones that score 2 or under. A 1.1 isnt better than a 1.3...
just look for scoring under 2.

Parameters you want to try to stay in
depth 60 - 62%
table 54-58%
crown 34-35 degrees
pavilion 40.6-41 degrees, 34 crown pairs better with 41 pavilion; 35 crown pairs better with 40.6 pavilion. Try to get an idealscope
image for any stone you are interested in.

Edit...
Here is one. Need to ask if it is eye-clean. It may not be.

https://www.jamesallen.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut/1.81-carat-j-color-vs2-clarity-excellent-cut-sku-1965277 <-this is a tad steep and only marginally bigger than the other diamond. would be very fiery (ie lots of colored flashes) if cut well. the proportions, though a bit outside of the normally recommended range, are possibly in a little pocket of excellence that cartier used to cut to (according to one of the experts here, John Pollard).

You should request an idealscope image on all diamonds (up to 3 from James Allen) and have them evaluated here.

Thank you everyone. I found this stone on Adiamor. I think it looks good, right? I used the holloway tool as suggested.

The stone has potential. The proportions are promising and score well on HCA. That's the first step. You need to request the vendor the followings
1. actual photo of the diamond to see the overall appearance, and inclusions.
2. Idealscope or ASET image to check for any light leakage.
3. Vendor's confirmation that the stone is eye-clean and not murky/cloudy from the cloud inclusions.

All these are required considering the 10k budget and SI2 clarity.
