Per seller: The EGL would equal to H or I color si1 or possibly si2 but it has a amazing cut and sparkle that overtakes everything
Still very white and unless you magnify it there are no black inclusions a. Few clear white feathers on the edge
It's beautiful

If you have 12k budget and are ok with H SI2, get a proper GIA 2.0c H SI2, which can be found starting at 10k. If ok with I, then, even cheaper.
This seller is probably eager to get rid of this stone. Don't make the same mistake this seller made.

Is it from an Estate? Have you already purchased the ring? You sound "set" on this ring....hence how can we help?

No I didn't purchase the ring yet and it's not from estate it's new from a small out of state jeweler. I preferably would like to spend 10k and from my prior post it looks I would only be able to get something in J (Gia) which is a bit to yellow for me or go down in ct below 1.9 which is not really an option so I am kind of looking at all my options including some used ones that I can reset if need be. I spoke to some pawn brokers etc and they all seem to say the same thing that there is a huge market for used diamonds and as soon as they get something over 1 ct it's pretty much sold instantly to dealers in NYC who I guess reset them and sell them as new.

Diameter 8.29 x 8.21 means miamond is slightly out of round

Also wasted weight in the THICK girdlle.

You can do better.
