Is removing a halo airline difficult/costly?

Hi everyone. Before going to jeweler, I would like to have the opinions of the psers here please.

I have a halo engagement set but I am not happy about the airline between my cushion stone and my halo. Other than that, I love my ring. I simply was to see a blend from the diamond to the halo. No spaces at all. No bezel etc.

Is this is difficult thing to do? Does it cost a lot. I do not want to add diamonds etc. simply bring in the halo so that no space shows. Thank you so much and I look fwd to your responses. Thank you!

You would either need to get a bigger diamond or they would have to recast the ring to elminate the airline. It is not an easy or simple fix. However if you specified you didn't want an airline they should redo the ring free of charge if they have decent customer service.
