Irradiated blue diamond

I know you guys don't like irradiated diamonds due to various reason, but i've take a liking to them, especially the lighter colored ones. I've been looking for a pair of 4mm sapphires but have not found any that I really like... until now. I just saw a light colored irradiated blue diamond and completely fell in love with it.

Does anyone know where I can find a pair, aside from eBay? I don't know of any jeweler who carries them.
