Looks like a step cut crown and mixed cut pavilion? Anyone seen anything similar in person?

JA has these from time to time. They are by far my favorite radiant cut. They remind me of tiffany. I am not sure about performance though I've heard the center can be a bit dead. Ice never seen one IRL

This is sooo pretty. I'm not one for radiants, due to their haphazard faceting, but this one is just !!! I'm with Niel -- I'd be interested to see one IRL...
