Sorry, I am a little slow or too lazy to take the energy to really analyze the numbers. What does this mean to the consumer?

Less than 2ct - buy now as it has steadied

More than 2ct - buy in a few months, it may drop a bit more

    Is this correct? Incorrect?

no one really knows for sure. The idex numbers don''t agree with PS numbers.
I think large diamonds will continue down but don''t know about smaller ones in the near future.
My gut feeling is they haven''t hit bottom yet because the downturn is just starting.
