IDJ U-prong eternity band - questions!?

Hello, I am contemplating the purchase of this band:
http://idjewelryonline.com/product_info.php?cPath=53_127&products_id=62027

It would be paired with a .75 solitaire e-ring.

My question is, can the lovely "u-prong" style really be visually appreciated with 7 point stones? I love the style and it looks fantastic with the 15, 20, 30 pointers I've seen on PS, but will this style still look great with smaller stones? Am I better off going with something else?

Also, I feel there are some practical advantages of the u-prong eternity band- it's easy to clean and allows a lot of light into the stones.

Additionally, does anyone know what IDJ's upgrade policy on this item would be? In the event I wish to upgrade to a 15 pointer, perhaps.

Thanks in advance!!

No one? It's such a popular style. I figured someone would have some thoughts :(

I love my uprong and it's .10stones. I'm sure 7 pts would be gorgeous!

I have the IDJ u-prong eternity band with 10-pointers and I absolutely love it. I agree that it would work well with 7-pointers. In fact, I prefer the u-prong for smaller stones -- you see more of the diamonds and less metal. In fact, I'd love to see some hand shots if you get it, because I might consider a 7-pointer or even a 5-pointer for a delicate wedding band.

Hello sunshine0808 :wavey:
I have an idj u-prong eternity and love it. the design does make it easy to clean. I will email Luann later today and ask her about the details of their upgrade policy.
