Thanks ladies! I have stayed of off this forum for a reason. Trying to be good buying jewels the older I get. I saw this at the International Jewelers Exchange that I go to in Boca Raton when I visit my mom. The seller was getting ready to close up and before he put this away.... my eyes went right to it. I saw the price tag and thought.... well, I guess I have to keep dreaming. The seller then said ignore the price tag and he made me an offer I could not refuse. It was meant to be. I have always wanted a large OEC diamond and have always been a fan of art deco pieces so needless to say, I am done for awhile! That Jewelers Exchange is like a mini diamond district and it is so wonderful because it is competitive and you can always find something within your budget. Those who are not savvy with this type of venue have to be careful though as there are some shady people in there too.
