I am almost there - am I missing something?

I think I found "the one" at Ritani.
First I have to give a big thanks to Sylvana for spending a good amount of time on chat with me and helping me out.

I seek advice on whether I am missing something about this diamond that would make it a "bad buy"

I wish the table was about 54-56% for more fire.

The numbers look good and the video looks nice. Does ritani do idealscope images?

Ritani unfortunately does not provide ASET or IS images
but they did provide the following

The problem is that I can't find anywhere to benchmark how good the intensity numbers are



I also can't find anything to benchmark how good the brightness number is
