But really it is all about how good your monitor is. DH is a photographer, and when reviewing his photos it is amazing how color shows up differently on different computer screens.

I think the average gets updated with each submission? Looks like PSers are moving the average up

Yes, me too, I thought it might have been because I was doing it on my phone.

50% for me, yet I know I can sort D,E,F in real life because I've done it before in a shop.

I think what this demonstrates is why colour is graded face down - it is hard to not be distracted by contrast patterns darkening the look of a stone.

30%, but then I already knew I’m not very colour sensitive. My I ACA looks bright white and I’m always amazed by threads where people are worried about seeing tint in their stones.
