How to set a 2+ carat Hearts & Arrows Diamond / Snooper!

I don't have much experience in this department!

I have a 2+ carat hearts and arrows round diamond ... and am deciding between 3 stone with pears(a la kristydarling's : http://www.pricescope.com/wiki/engagement-rings/three-stone-rings ) or tapered baguettes(Leon Mege style) or even a cushion shaped halo.

I really appreciate your help! Thus far it's in a presentation setting, so there are so many options!

Lovely stone! Congrats on your engagement! Have you gone out and tried on various settings to see what you like on your hand? I was suprised that some of my favorite settings didn't look at good on my hand as I thought they would, and likewise, a setting I didn't think I'd like was what I ended up choosing.

Yenny has good advice, I would have NEVER have picked my setting based on a picture until I tried it on and didn't want to take it off.

I love the pear sides! I have a ring with baguettes and those little bugers just dont sparkle much! I want a new setting!
