How to match Princess cuts for earrings?

Is it possible to do this without seeing ASETs?

My understanding that evaluation Princess cut quality is very difficult based on numbers alone.

What size are you looking at? Over 1 carat usually has an image of the pavilion that shows how many chevrons the stone has. Under 1 carat usually
does not. You would want to get the same number of pavilions. That along with table size and L*w should help a lot. Your, or Pricescoper, eye's
will have to take you the rest of the way. Its not impossible.

Edit - you will definitely need to shop somewhere that has pictures/images if that was a question.

slightly below 2 tcw, so I guess there will be no image on the cert. I am going to work with IDJ or WF most likely. Any other recommended places I should look?

Either of those 2 places would be a good choice. WF ACA princess cuts would be gorgeous. They are AGS000 and WILL have the number
of chevrons on the AGS report. What I mentioned above was about GIA reports.

Edit
Looks like the GIA under 1 carat stones have Diamond Dossier type reports and over 1 carat have
Diamond Grading reports (at James Allen). Looks like you can have either kind of report for any size
though.

Thanks tyty!

I really don't have anything useful to add to this discussion except - I will LOVE seeing your earrings! Princess cut earrings are uncommon these days, yet they're so classy and beautiful!

My vote, by the way, is definitely for WF. Their ACA princess cuts are sublime!

Looking forward to following your journey, @skypie!
