How much do you hate this idea?

I like the idea of setting the 3 stones horizontally instead of vertically. It is different, yet classic and chic.

I really like the design you have of the three rings together as if they were soldered together in the back. I don’t see a snowman and I think it’s classy.

I have a ring that’s that snowman shape. Snowman was my first thought too lol. It’s not my style. I personally think it’s a little too much on the hand.

That’s one stunning ring!

@pearaffair You know my feelings regarding those 2 larger stones - I vote for saving them for a 3 stone one day.

I love the idea of using your stones for a unique open ring style like the Olivia ring from the Clear Cut!

or maybe a quirky antique piece like this? It would be lovely to add a tiny cut of whatever your birthstone is to your design!

And if I mention “snowman”... can you un-see it? Lol.

It’s a 6.2mm, a half carat (5mm?) and a tiny guy. Wondering if I could buy a third stone that matches (the tiny guy doesn’t match- just using for illustrative purposes) and make a decreasing size really cool unique weird three stone ring.

Or maybe it would just be weird. And look like a snowman, haha.

I don’t ‘ see’ a snowman unless they are all bezel set and you throw in a 4th stacker that’s a tiny orange diamond pear set e/w.

benma has the perfect one to use, you know, just in case that’s what you want
:)

I have this 70's vintage ring that has a bit of a feeling of what you might be able to play with. you could do something like the top and bottom and use only one of the middle. Stagger them and you might put your largest stone in the center and then the other two for the top and bottom. Kind of what you put together with your three rings, and might eliminate the snowman image.

I keep pouring over this thread. Lots of good advice and ideas in here. Came across these styles from Jade Trau. Possibilities!!BBDEEC38-B7B6-425E-AB2F-1296BA8F40BC.jpeg92FBE9D9-F55B-401D-81FC-1EC9E39EDF34.jpeg

I agree that staggered could work beautifully.

Like this? I’m in love with this (right now)89D4F10D-FD2E-4061-94BD-852645F8EC82.jpeg

I like the way the diamonds look in this config but I wouldn’t like this in white metal

I agree. I’m glad you said that. Because I just don’t think it would look good in a white metal. You are so right.07943717-2461-46A4-9CD3-C6B14C757567.jpeg
