How’s the cut for this pear all experts?

That's pretty good in terms of red/green (i.e. direct and indirect light gathered and returned to the viewer's eye) across the stone, which is not always easy to find in a pear.

The black/blue is showing obstruction from the camera/the viewer's head - as it is quite a strong band, it looks like it might have some 'bow tie' effect, which many pears have (and is generally viewed as undesirable on here).

A video would be needed to assess it fully.
 
You really need to provide the link to a video (if you have it) for a better evaluation.

Almost all pears look ok in the area through the fat end. Its when the stone turns we can see how well the facets light up going down towards the pointed
end. That's what will take the stone to the next level (if those facets are distinct and light up).

The Aset is good...but thats not good enough to know whether its a nice stone IMO. Provide more info (videos/images) if you have them.
