I wanted to take a moment to share with the forum how impressed I was with HPD/CBI diamonds. The brilliance and sparkle in their diamonds far surpass any others I've owned before. I was incredibly happy with the level of service provided to me by Wink and the amount of care and attention he put into helping me with my search. I'm no easy customer by any means, and what made it harder was that I live in California and I never got to see the diamond in person before my purchase. Wink spent a lot of time answering all my questions by email and phone, and he also sent me videos comparing the diamond to others and in different lights. He also assured me that I could return the diamond within 30 days if it didn't exceed my expectations - that's how confident he was in his product. After I got the diamond, I took it to a jeweler I trusted and had him compare it to one of his diamonds that he was trying to sell me. He told me to keep the HPD/CBI diamond - it was far better than what he had or what he could offer me. That says a lot!! But I must also say, the shine and light performance of the diamond says a lot on its own - you can see it from far distances and the size looks bigger than what it really is. I just wanted to take a minute to share my story in hopes that it helps someone contemplating between an HPD/CBI diamond.
