Thanks so much, Simone! How would we know if it's a really T&Co. piece? Great style. The guy is a typical guy who doesn't know much about jewellery but what he does know is white metal and big presence, so I'll show him that one anyways! Thank you!

My cousin and his bff are not the type to make an account on PS, so I really appreciate the help. In my family I'm known as a jewellery lover and so my cousin asked me for help. He helped me find my car for a really good deal so I'm thrilled to return the favour (hopefully).

For presence, would they consider a pear, oval or marquise? What about lower colored stones (J-M) set in yellow or rold gold?

She voted no pear, that’s all he knows. I think we better stick with round and near-colourless to be safe. Good ideas though!!

Yes all of that. You can’t use all discounts at the same time, but he can pick the best out of all. The current promo will give him $200 off the setting which may be more than the advantage discount. Advantage discount is only on the setting as far as I know.

Correction - I meant to say that advantage discount is only on the diamond, not on the setting. Which may or may not be greater than the current setting promo ;-)
