Greetings to all! Just want to say how thankful I am for the resources available here to educate beginners like myself. I'm currently planning to propose to the gf after more than 3 years together and searching for the perfect e-ring for this purpose. Hope to get some advice on the stones I've short listed. I'm looking for something that is around the .7 to .8 range and hoping to cap the stone and setting to a max of $5k.

I'm also considering stones from other vendors such as Brian Gavin, HPD & whiteflash but as I'm located in Singapore, payment can only be made via bank wire. Feeling quite nervous about wiring my hard earned money halfway around the world to someone I have not met. Are there people who felt the same and hopefully have a good experience to share?
