Help with finding ring!

My parents have been together for almost 25 years now and latley they have been thinking of renewing their vows,BUT my mom is against it becuase for the last 15 years she has been without her original engagement ring and wedding band the reason for this is because the jewler he took it to, to get fixed moved two weeks later and hes never been able to get ahold of them since! Well hes now looking for a replacement after all this time and he wants to get something close to what she had ill explain as best as I can:

under 1 carat solitaire diamond with smaller diamonds and saphirres on the side sort of on a twisted ring

this is the closest picture I could find but I didnt do a big search

I need help finding a similar ring so if you have an idea of where I can get one please let me know my dads not computer savvy at all so im on this mission for him.

Wink could probably put in sapphires for you. Also ringdesigner.com has swirl rings with sapphire sides.
