I really really like this ring from Tiffany but dont have the budget to buy it unfortunately. Can you please recommend a vendor that can make something similar that would look just as nice.

There is a reason why that ring is the price it is. Any custom made piece could be that price or more. I suggest you find a pre-made ring that is close in style. Beverly K is a designer that makes bands you might like.
