I would pass on that stone. The photo doesn't look promising to me and I would stick to a table no greater than 58% (can go to 59% if you love a large table). I would also stick to a crown angle above 34 degrees. Shoot....here's some parameters that will help you vet stones. See if you can get an ASET image or an IS image while you're at it. Also, you want to look at how complimentary crown angle and pavilion angle are to each other, not table size.
Table: 54-58% (59% if you love a large table)
Depth: 59-62.5%
Crown angle: 34-35 degrees (can go up to 36 degrees if you can get an ASET or IS)
Pavilion angle: 40.6-40.9 degrees (can go up to 41 with a 34 degree CA and with ASET/IS)
Always check for haziness with strong blue fluorescence.
