Help with 2ct RB

No catch - it isn't a super ideal cut stone though. Not apples to apples comparison with super ideal cut stones. Not sure which criteria are more important to you.
 
Well looks like someone else beat me to the 2.095ct. Now looking for alternatives but ACAs are slim picking at G+ color, 2+ct. Same on BGD and GOG... :(
 
I like the one posted by @MissGotRocks. I am sorry there are few options at the moment, I hope vendors will restock soon!
 
You can always call Whiteflash and ask what stones they expect in within the next couple of weeks. Let them know what you are looking and hopefully they can match you to a diamond.

I was separately tracking down an emerald cut - believe it or not she likes both and couldn't pick between round/emerald/princess/radiant... This stone faces up larger than a bunch of 3cts and the inclusion is nearly impossible to see. The elongated shape is quite flattering and a pave setting helps with the dazzle.

I have pivoted on setting to do a tapered baguette setting with Caysie of CVB. In the last pic on-hand you can see the inclusion if you know where to look but at naked eye I think it is clean face-up.

Beautiful stone! Please also consider David Klass or even Steven Kirsch in NYC for the setting. If your budget allows, SK might be an easy option since IDJ can just drop off the stone to him. Both DK and SK have super fast turnover. Otherwise, prepare not to see your stone for about half a year with the vendor that you are considering.

ETA I also really like the setting in the pics and the gallery halo and that will obviously be the fastest option.

What do you mean here? I have been in contact and CvB has been super responsive. I have been extremely impressed with their execution on every ring I've seen from simple "Jovyn" solitaire to engraved "Giselle"

I meant that there are much better vendors out there based on my personal experience and I did three projects in the past with cvb. Communication is fast in the beginning but turnaround is extremely slow and the end product is not as good as some of the work that I have seen from SK and DK. Again, this is my opinion, my experience, other people will disagree.
 
I can respect that. I have already started the process and am personally comfortable based on interaction to date and other folks' mostly positive experiences. My hope is final product will be a significant step up from off the rack tapered baguette settings. I can post the forum once all is done and received as another data point. This is my first jewelry purchase ever so I may be a unique perspective for PS. Noted SK and DK for next time...
