Help needed deciding on a diamond

I am very new here, and after looking around, I found a diamond that might be what I am looking for. I would like your advices on whether or not this diamond is worth buying.

Price: $9280
Color: H, Clarity: IF, Carat Weight: 1.15, Cut: Excellent
Table: 59%, Depth: 59.9%, Crown Angle: 34%, Pavilion Angle: 40.6%

Certificate and Idealscope image are attached below. Any red flags? Does anyone know what the black area between the two bottom right arrows are? Is it from photography or is it something I should pay attention to?

Here are two stones worth looking at, as a point of reference.

The clarity will appear identical to the IF stone you had linked, with the naked eye, but are cheaper, with a guaranteed top-notch cut.

It looks very good but not quite the level of cut precision that most people get around here. The symmetry is off, looks like there might be some weak performance at the girdle.

No, not worth buying. You can do way better on the cut. Look at what RockyRacoon suggested or if clarity if that important then go with this and ask for a pricescope discount.

I agree with rocky suggestions the 1.24 is great stone. Not necessary to have IF stone
