There seems to be a few inclusions (pinpoints - one in the middle, 2 or 3 on the left / bottom-left), should I mind at all ?

Just a few thoughts—- you seem hesitant to get a 1.9 and you are concerned with clarity. You also seem really great at selecting diamonds. So, maybe consider buying between a 1.50 and 1.60 with a better clarity grade. A 1.9 is a fairly large diamond. You started by selecting diamonds in the 1.5-1.6 range, so why change? A 1.5 diamond is stunning. Just my two cents.

Yes I know that's a good point. I'm kinda hesitant on this one. I like the dimensions / angles and the 0,6 HCA score as well as the size for the price. However, it's still ~4K$ more and from what I understand, 1,5-1,6 still looks pretty big. I just couldn't find a 1.5-1.6 with a cut as good as the 1.9 and can't find any other 1.9 with a cut and specs as good for that price so it kinda seem like a good deal (although above my initial budget for sure)...

For those interested, I've decided to go with the 1.9. I figured might as well, I'm only gonna buy it once and will probably less feel the need to upgrade after, especially since upgrade needs to be 2x initial amount on JA. Also, I get a 30-day free return so if she feels it's too big or if there's any problem with its color or clarity, I'll just return it and get a 1.5.1-6 as we discussed, in which case I feel confident I can find nice ones like those I posted earlier.

Haha yes will do for sure ! I will keep lurking around... this has been more fun that I thought.

At first I just thought this is the most irrational purchase I will make in my life (which is still kind of true) but have surprised myself being interested in all the little details and intricacies in trying to find sweet spots and arbitrage between each stone... occupational hazard I guess (I work in investments) lol
