Help!! Need ideas for a reset!

Hi all! Just took a huge chance and bought this ring sight unseen (for a steal). I have super tiny fingers (size 4 at the knuckles and size 3.5 below). The ring would way over power my fingers and I’d like to update it. Any ideas? Thinking 3 separate bezel set thin band rings to stack or wear separately. Or any other ideas? Pics please!! Here are the stats and details below. Thanks!

One idea I’m thinking for one of the pears. Wish my fingers were large enough to do all three on one band

Oh, I think you can have all three stones in a ring with thin bezels on your finger! They'd be curved slightly to go with the curve of the ring. These are small stones and hopefully can work. I love an oval with side pears! You just need to contact a jeweler who makes this style ring and ask!
