Help me with a setting for this 1.20ct Pear?

Hi All,

I need some help finalizing a setting for my 1.20ct, F, SI1 pear. The measurements of the stone are 9.03 x 6.18mm. It will have a halo of 1.5mm with 1.3mm 1 pointers in platinum with a pave split shank. I like the idea of some wire work/ filigree on the under the stone and halo to add something to the space when looking at it from the side. The ring will be hand made with no option to see a CAD image, so I guess I am having a hard time visualizing how it will look.

I'm hoping to have some suggestions??..

If there is no CAD, then the ring maker needs to send you a drawing of the design or a photo of a similar ring. The designer needs to be showing you options that they have made so you can decide on that.
