Help me find a setting similar to Jareds

I am trying to find something the same or similar anywhere else. I really don't want to buy from Jared's, and I especially don't want to buy a diamond from them.

what does she like most about the setting? the two-tone look or the infinity look of the rose gold? Would she be ok with just one metal color or does she prefer mixed?

This is the ring she has liked the most so far, because it has a "unique" look and the two-tone white/rose gold. This might have to be the one if I can't find another exactly like it or have one custom made. What kind of cost would I be looking at if I had one made?

Not sure on budget yet, I have not looked at stones. Waiting until we find the perfect setting, price does not matter for setting, it just needs to be "the one". Then I will probably look at 1ct-1.5ct stones and get the quality that I can afford at that time.

Their wedding bands are just as unusual and the pairing of an unusual band or two with a simpler setting is just stunning. like this SET here, i love the simplicity of the e-ring but the bands just are stunning:

The clarity of the stones in the Jared ring is I1, the others that Farrahlyn put up were SI, big difference IMHO. I hope she likes some of the really gorgeous settings that Farrah* researched, I love them all!

I would try to steer her away from that particular setting and find on that connects to the head a little bit better. I would worry that ring would catch on every single thing. Depending what it caught on it could easily be damaged. Plus, for an engagement ring that you want to last a lifetime, go for higher quality melee stones. The ring will sparkle better and look better in general.

I'd second and third Maevone. Her settings are amazing. They are much more feminine and delicate than her website suggests. Have your GF go through her instagram.

You have the option of finding someone to make the ring style custom for you. They may need to make a few adjustments to avoid any copyright issues but, it can be done. Since budget is not a problem, I would go for the higher quality piece, something more handmade and unique. Also, most of the true craftsman will use ideal cut diamond melee, which will give the ring better overall brilliance and sparkle!

If she is still uncertain of any of the other settings suggested and loves the Jared setting 100%, I would definitely contact DK. Any and all issues with the Jared setting can be fixed and made into a very nice one.

Here is my PSA: do not, under any circumstance, purchase anything from Jared. Without writing a whole lot of negative and not nice things based on my own personal experience of dealing with them for a repair (I didn't even purchase anything from them), I'll just say this - stay away, far, far away from Jared, and take the advice of all of these lovely PS experts.
