Chicken with artichokes. It''s in a sauce that everyone will like and people don''t have to eat artichokes.

I chose salmon because I think it will appeal to the most people, even those who don''t eat red meat or poultry. I know a ton of semi-vegetarians who still eat fish.

Chicken with Artichokes. Because you can pick the artichokes out, and nut allergies-as well as people who just don't like nuts-are too common for me to pick the pecan chicken.

Now personally, I'd like to eat the pecan chicken, the prime rib or the salmon.

I think the rest of it sounds fabulous musey!

ETA: I'm picky about my beef and only eat it if it's medium rare or rare.
