help love ring authenticity

It is not one of the $20 fakes that I see on Ebay all the time. I have seen an unboxing on YouTube of a Love ring with the same PGI manufacturer's mark. It may be authentic. I have not seen in real life the PGI mark. It's not from France, Italy, or Switzerland as far as I can tell. I would be interested in learning more about that mark.
