Help comparing oval stones

I was wondering if I could get some advice from experts on the forum. I have two diamonds on hold as below. Any input you have that may help me decide would be very helpful. These stones will go in an 18k yellow gold setting with pear side stones.

Stock number LD12709645 is "eye clean" per the vault manager that inspected it for me. We also asked the vault manager to advise how obvious the bow tie is on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being none and 5 being obvious. The diamond has a 2/5 or minute bow tie.

Without a doubt, I would want the 1.4. It is actually larger than the 1.5. 8.6 x 6.37 for the 1.4, the 1.5 is a smaller 8.4 x 6.37. The VS vs SI and that black occlusion on the 1.5...meh. I'd go 1.4.
