they seem to be an online retailer with the capicity to have face to face appointments for ring design etc in their Melbourne office.

Hi Hannabee,

I am in Melbourne too, I have heard of Parker Diamonds, they are a reputable family business and been around for a few generations. I think they are only new to online. Of course, you can also go to see them in person - which is great. Keep us updated if you go see them.

Try and pick a GIA rather than an EGL USA stone if you can they cost more but they are more accurately graded.
