Hearts & Arrows Princess Cut Melee Diamonds

Hello,

So I have a custom designed engagement ring, with a .55ct ACA diamond from WF, and I actually bought a ring from WF to use the ACA melee diamonds. However, the wedding band is going to most likely feature princess cut melee diamonds. I will try and post the ring that will inspire the wedding band. My question is, are there any companies that have H&A princess cut melee diamonds?

Princess cuts have a completely different pattern from an H&A stone. There are H&A square stones but I don't think we will ever see a princess cut that exhibits a hearts and arrows pattern (otherwise it will not be called a princess cut anymore). The square H&A stones are all specialty branded cuts. I am not sure whether you can get such a branded cut in melee sizes.

There are several out there although I only know of one vendor who carries them, that is Good Old Gold.
Princess of Hearts (has squared off corners)
Brelia H&A (has rounded corners, looking more cushion like)
Jubilee H&A (slightly rounded but still squarred off corners)

I guess it's not so much the H&A I am looking for, but more so princess cut melee diamonds that will sparkle more than just regular princess cut melee diamonds, similar to regular round melees vs ACA melee diamonds.

Don't think that princess cut hearts and arrows are possible. The shape doesn't allow the formation of hearts.

I think you are looking at radiant or cushion cut hearts and arrows.

I would also consider French cuts for that ring. Honestly, melee in that size won't be that noticeable so as long as they are well cut ... I believe they are fine. Most companies will not use customer sourced melee.

I feel somewhat stupid know. I thought there would be specialized melee diamonds like the whiteflash ACA melee. I just really want the best I can get for her.

There's nothing stupid about it. You can get poorly cut, low clarity melee that looks dull and dark and you can get well cut, clean melee that sparkles like crazy. Just because they don't individually certify melee doesn't mean that everything is the same quality.
