I really thought this would be a lot easier to do but apparently it isn't...I have a ring I love and have grown attached to. However the four prongs are a bit bulky and give the round cut a square look. I would like to have the prongs changed to a single claw, I don't mind changing the head but I couldn't part with the band. I've gone to the jewellery store where my FI purchased it from they said they can't change it, I've contacted Brian Gavin they said I'd need a whole new setting...call me stubborn but I don't belive either of them.
SO I'm looking for recommendations for trustworthy jewellers in the GTA that can make custom changes to rings. I've tried uploading a picture of what the prongs look like but it's not working on this computer might be able to upload some later.
