Good center diamond? RB .9 F VS1 (EGL)

Hey ya'll, do you think this diamond would be a good center diamond for an e-ring with G-F (GIA) pear sidestones?

Round Brilliant
Carat: 0.90
Color: F
Clarity: VS1
Cut: Excellent
Depth: 61.8%
Table: 56%

I did have a few concerns:
It looks good on paper but it's EGL paper which I read isn't as accurate as GIA or AGS.
This diamond has "very slight" graining which I'm not sure how or if it will affect its appearance.
The inclusion plot in the certificate has marks throughout the crown. Should I be worried about them?

Please let me know what you think oh wise pricescopers!

Take it from a EGl international diamond holder ......keep looking stick with GIA...........F means at the best H-I and Vs1 means S11 or s11 and you don't want think about this year after year when you can find a beautiful diamond that is GIA

If you are thinking about the cost the GIA stones in reality are cheaper as you are paying EGL for a better price but it is not really F VS1. So price wise stick to GIA
