The prongs really are perfection. In real life you can''t see the details of them, except that they are so small and unobtrusive. I requested claw prongs like Lynn B has on the Grace solitaire! When will you be resetting your diamond?Date: 12/30/2009 5:45:31 PM

I am soooooooooooooo lovin these prongs, YUM!!!![]()
Your little booger can be the size of the table for all I care. I''d be too distracted by the these luscious prongs. I want prongs like these for my stone, but with six instead of four.
I like your fakey idea! It''s cheap and it lets you try out the style to see if you like it. Do you like pear shapes at all? One of my personal faves is a round center stone with pear sides.![]()
My previous diamond will be available soon I expect from Brain Gavin Diamonds (www.briangavindiamonds.com). It is a 1.167ct K SI1. It is GORGEOUS if you are a fan of warm diamonds and a really amazing cut and size for a very very good price I am sure. Oh, I should mention that I was only able to trade it in because I purchased it from WF when Brian was there and it is one of his ACAs. I do not know of any PS vendors who will sell or accept for trade in diamonds that they did not originally sell to you. The upgrade policies and other customer service perks are one of the reasons to use PS recommended vendors.Date: 12/31/2009 12:43:49 AM

DD, where are you selling your ring??? you said you traded it in...???
also, do you mind me asking how much (if any) you had to pay in regardst to customs?? i''m in ontario and looking possibly at doing my wedding set upgrade through one of the u.s. online dealers... just wondering if you could give me a ballpark idea of what you had to pay in regards to shipping... i''ve read so many posts and they all seem give different information in regards to canadians and what we''ll pay with fedex or any other carrier.
thanks.
K, I''m going to start a new thread in the Jewelry forum for you. Hopefully it''s ok for me to post a link to their website.Date: 12/30/2009 5:10:54 PM

I think the size does matter a lot. Smaller diamond means more tightly packed facets I think, means easierto hide little beasties.Date: 12/30/2009 3:05:20 PM

Congratulations on your ICY WHITE DIAMOND, Dreamer! I''m curious to see how the Inclusion Issue will be sorted out. I, too, learned a thing or two about the Color Issue from owning a K.Love it in a pendant, but as I prefer e-ring settings with open sides I realize that I wouldn''t go that warm. Sad. My K is an SI2 too but I can''t see the inclusions - probably because at .47ct it''s too small.
As for that play ring? Nordstrom''s.
I looked on NOrdy''s web site and didn''t see anything, and I live in Canada so no visiting in personI will keep looking around.![]()
I have to look at it at the right angle, about 4-6 inches from my eye, tilted just so to see the spot.

Great color, I really do think it borders on an F because I can''t tell the difference between your diamond and mine (which is an F with the same cut). And of course, the BGD has such a great cut. Enjoy it!
It is hard for me to imagine something more colorless for fun it would be interesting to compare to a D. I owned an F in the past and it looked just like this, only not cut as well and a lot smaller.
Girl, we both need to think about our forever settings (well, for a while setting in my caseI doubt it will be forever). How to even begin??![]()
