GIA acquired AGS light performance cut grading technology in 2022 and soon began offering AGS Ideal addendum reports for qualifying diamonds.
However, it was not obvious to anyone looking at a GIA report that an addendum report was available, as the AGS grade does not appear on the main GIA report. At some point last year GIA did start referencing the AGS Ideal report in the bottom left of the main report, and the QR code will pull up a page where both reports are clearly accessible.
For some reason, not all GIA reports have the reference statement, even when an addendum report is available. However, the QR code should still pull it up.
