Hello Everyone,
I did do a quick search to see if this question/ topic was asked before - but as i was looking at different diamond patterns on youtube, i came upon GIA's official channel.
In their video they state that the old european cut was around since the 1750s - This must be a mistake? What about the old mine cut?
I imagine that their use for "transitional brilliant" was changed to replace the old european cut?
The only transitional cut i can think of would be the old european transitional cut that's well loved on here.
thoughts?
