Did lots of reading in here and then began my Christmas shopping. I like how these look. The only thing holding me back is steeper crown angle of 35 in diamond 1. Am I obsessing over nothing? Any feedback specific or general is appreciated.

Hello, nothing is wrong with 35/40.8 combo.
Pictures look OK, but I don't think this vendor will provide ASET scope pictures, and upgrading may be easier with another vendor.
Both diamonds look good, nice pair!

Thank you for feedback. I found this stone. #1 has 34.5 x 40.8 but a faint flourecence should I stay away from putting it with a stone that exhibits none?

I was more impressed by the picture of previous diamond.
I don't think faint fluo is a big deal (it should be cheaper than previous one because of the high color), but why did you change?

I ordered the first set I posted. Guess I was just thinking the 34.5/40.8 thing. Just trying to get a nice matching set. and first time Ive bought a diamond online, believe it or not. lol I actually have another pair on order as well a little smaller. I will see if I notice any differences when they arrive.

I would be more concerned to have a pair with a fluorescent diamond and another that doesn't fluoresce.
And the I prefer the 35/40.8 you found than the last one, that looks less symmetric.

Good observation and good point. I agree with you regarding the symetry as well. I went with the intial set I posted.
