I am first time buyer, appreciate if all experts here can enlighten me on the following stone.

In fact, I heard a lot of good things about Solasfera and how stringent is their selection process, but somehow the image of the H&A doesn't translate into well-defined and perfect symmetrical shape.
For example, the shape of arrow seems too "undefined". Is it due to position of the diamond was not at the right angle during the photo shot?
Besides, the shape of hearts are not consistent. Some with "cleft", some with wider width.
Hope someone experienced in Solasfera can shed some light here. Thanks
