Last November! I cannot believe he held onto it this long!! haa
I actually bought a few diamonds, 2 from Brian Gavin and one from Blue Nile but they just weren't quite right so I called Yuketiel whom I have personally purchased from several times and he sent this one. It was perfect ! Originally future SIL wanted at least a 1 ct and Platinum setting but I knew his budget wasn't going to allow for that and I knew my daughter would not want too low of a color (the BGD were J's and were stunning but too "warm" in color, the BN was I color) This diamond blew me away and Yuketiel handmade the setting at a great price From the start of my search to the finished ring was maybe a month or so.

EEEK! He held onto that gorgeous ring for that long! I wouldn’t be able to hold it in! I am so proud of you! I mean he must be an awesome guy and you are such a sweetheart to purchase 3 diamonds and then IDJ! Uggghh..maybe I shoulda went that route...but WF had something way better than BE (Brilliant Earth) and I had to nicely say it wasn’t a good cut....and choose from WF that was in his budget. I dunno for sure what the actual outcome, but I watched that diamond I suggested go from reserved to ‘sold.’ Am I a bad person?..Maybe I should start a new thread...
