Hi everyone,
I am getting my band made from same person who made my engagement ring. It's been 2 months since the wedding and the band we had made originally didn't turn out well and we're changing the design and redoing everything.
So the new band will be a shared prong eternity in platinum. Similar to the memoire. I got the CAD today and wanted to ask about the inside -- I've seen some with the small holes under each diamond, and some without (like this one). Any pros/cons to having the holes? I want the ring to be set as low as possible so would holes affect that?
Also, I want the prongs to be set as close to center as possible to get a scalloped edge look. Designer says this only for the wax and the prongs will look more delicate after hand finishing....but should I still ask for it to be more more close to center?
