Feather on corner of princess diamond

Hello,

I recently started looking online for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I came across this diamond..

just wondering about your thoughts on a diamond with a feathered corner...

any information is greatly appreciated

I don't see it .. it's a lovely stone.. how are you going to set it if you buy it?

It's a VVS1 so I don't think any inclusion is going to be an issue.

I doubt it will be an issue since it is a VVS1. But to be safe, have the gemologist pull it and inspect it for you before buying. Get an ASET image as well to assess light performance. You can do that for up to 3 stones, so I'd pick 2 more and have them all worked up - it's free. And when you set it make sure the corners are protected.
