WWW - half joking! The array of French cuts is something else. There are several three simpler three stone rings at the same, all with much larger side stones than the PS usual.

For me it would be HPD Trilogie with
2.18 E-VS1 CBI
0.53 F-VS1 CBI
0.53 F-VS2 CBI
The two side stones are within .01mm of each other and have the same CA/PA/LHs.

Size 4.5 so couldn't go any larger as the side stones are already tucked in under the center stone.

I‘m looking to get a 2ct RB soon and the plan is for chunky pears. Possibly 0.5 ct each for a bit of coverage on my size 7 finger.

@SimoneDi ,your 3 stone's proportions Re gorgeous! I am not much of a round diamond lover these days, but your ring definitely made me change my mind!

@dreamer_dachsie , that ring is stunning! Do you have a thread on it? Because it definitely deserves one!

Thanks @Rfisher! In mm, mine is a 8.2mm center with 4mm side stones.

The inspiration image was also my inspiration for a while, the sizes there were 8mm center stone with 15pt side stones or about 3.5mm

Wow, all of these rings are just gorgeous! With regard to three-stone settings, I have to say that I truly adore Victor Canera's new Grymera trellis trilogy. I am intrigued with the tri-wire band and the graceful intricacy of the interwoven basket. I will try to take some hand shots soon to give you a better idea of how beautiful it is. This one features a 1.7ct center stone, so not quite 2ct, but I can only imagine that a 2ct would look amazing as well.

Here is a video link that showcases it a bit more. I seriously love this setting!

Thanks! I don't have a SMTB thread yet! These days I am mostly interested in enjoying my diamonds and my ring at regular magnification using my just my eyes :ugeek: Looking at things at 40x magnification is not good for me! :lol-2:

But soon. Maybe. Hopefully.

That's my 3 stone with a 2 CTW center (1CT each sides) on 4.25 finger. Everyone's eye is different and all combinations appeal to me. I just knew for ME that I wanted it to feel like a 3-stone and not sidestones.

I love the Whiteflash Butterflies setting but would want it a bit lower than in their stock pics:

It has the perfect amount of swoopiness and looks just great, imo.

Another ring to add to my list of wants!
Keep the pics coming! OP, I look forward to seeing what you decide.

Edited to add: nice choice!

I love it! But Nicholas said VC wouldn't work with CBI stones:( I also like prongs at 12 and 6 on the center stone.

Thanks everyone! I think I am going to go with the WF butterflies setting with 4mm i color side stones!

Oh I just reread your post.
“I” colored side stones. When I read it previously I thought you meant colored. haha

I wonder why that is.

Doesn't VC cut their own H&A?

I think you are right. I just thought they would still do a setting if someone was paying them for one.

They do, at least sometimes.

Re. cutting, their H&A diamonds are rarely talked about here, but there are stories of great custom cuts.

I cannot name a great platinum workshop that takes simple orders today into perfection like Art of Platinum did when they started on the web - it all looked like a very good joke.
